How to make a planting board?

You will need:

• A wooden board approximately 2–2.5 meters long (you can use a shorter one if preferred);

• A ruler or measuring tape;

• A marker or pencil;

• A saw.

Making Process

1. Mark points on the board approximately every 8 centimeters

2. Make relatively small, V-shaped notches at 15-centimeter intervals.

3. Add deeper notches at 30-centimeter intervals to easily distinguish the different spacings from each other.

4. If desired, you can add additional marks on the other side of the board according to the distances required for other crops.

How to use?

• Place the board on the prepared soil.

• Use the notches as a guide to place seeds or seedlings at the required distance.

• After the planting process is complete, you can also use the board to lightly level the soil and carefully cover the seeds.
